FRD was founded in Jan. 2001, with headquarter in Wuxi. Within the seventeen years, FRD focuses on the research and development of precision parts measurement technology and manufacturing. FRD involves in six major fields: Video Measuring Machine, Coordinate Measuring Machine, automation solution, gauges, smart manufacturing system, and self-developed software. 1. Use the typical structure of Rolland Friedrich GmbH, famous German special inspection instruments supplier, and continuously accumulate technical experience;
2. Professional R & D and design team. Major design staff are engaged in special inspection instruments design for more than 15 years;
3. Independent research and development of electronic column, channel box and gas-electric converter, with independent intellectual property rights.

1. FRD has a variety of highprecision processing equipment, thus ensures the accuracy and quality of parts processing;
2. Heat treatment, ice treatment and artificial aging of important parts;

4. Use imported components as key base parts;
5. Annual production capacity is 100 million. Use ERP production management system, thus ensures timely control of production progress.
Strict Quality Management and Control
1. Manufacturing and testing are in strict accordance with the manufacturing process of inspection instruments;
2. 20+/-0.5℃ thermostatic chamber;
3. High-precision CMM, height measuring instrument, universal tool-measuring microscope, length measuring instrument, vertical optical meter, hardness tester, roughness tester, etc.
4. All the processes of the workpieces are rigorously tested. Finished products should execute the universal international acceptance standards like GR&R, Cg, CMC, etc.
