Cylinder block measuring machine realizes the loading on the production line through automatic conveyor line, automatic location of workpiece and diameter, roundness, cylindericity measurement of cylinder bore and crankshaft bore. It also has the following functions: automatic grouping of crankshaft bores in accordance with measurement results; automatic imprinting of plain code and 2D code of grouping information on the cylinder block in accordance with grouping results; automatic identification and warning of the unqualified products and transportation of the unqualified out of the line; SPC analysis; data memory and saving.

Connecting rod measuring machine can automatically weigh the big and small heads of connecting rods and realize the automatic measurements of the following items: bore diameter, roundness and cylindricity; Centre-to-centre distance between two bores; curvature, distortion and thickness. Crankshaft measuring machine realizes the automatic measurements of the following items: out-of-roundness and cylindricity of main bearing and connecting rod neck; 4J width, connecting rod neck width, A-axis diameter, out-of-roundness and cylindricity; RF outer circle diameter and out-of-roundness; FIT outer cycle diameter; A-axis, B-axis and pulse plate keyway width. It also has the following functions: imprinting in accordance with grades, serial numbers imprinting, SPC analysis of the above measurement data, fast changes between different types, and data memory and saving.
Brake disc measuring machine realizes the automatic measurements of the following items: brake panel thickness and height, X gradient, Y gradient, X runout (inner), Y runout (inner), Y runout (outer), radial plate thickness difference, axial plate thickness difference (middle) and W runout. It also has the following functions: automatic cleaning of brake disc, SPC analysis of the above measurement data, fast changes between different types, and data memory and saving.
